We are a group of transparency ambassadors who strive to build a place that is stronger than a community, deeper than a forum and more than a set of features for businesses. We see it as our responsibility to not blindly pick sides, but rather bridge the trust and transparency gap between consumers and companies that exists today. We aim to be the most transparent go-to-place for company reviews, spiced up with a goal of educating both parties in positive ways of facilitating good e-commerce practice. Succeeding in building this foundation, we believe in taking emerging e-commerce markets to the next level. Emerging e-commerce markets face a lack of transparency and trust between consumers and companies: When buying online, consumers can neither be sure of the quality of goods and services nor of the reliability of the company they buy from. As a result, both sides lose: Consumers are scared to buy online and accept the extra effort of buying offline, while honest companies lose money as they can't convince consumers of their trustworthiness. We are here to solve this problem.
