MIND Technology (formerly known as Mitcham Industries) is a company that provides technology to the oceanographic, hydrographic, defense, seismic, and maritime security industries. It operates through two segments: the Seamap Marine Products Business segment, which designs, manufactures, and sells seismic source acquisition and control systems, marine sensors and solid streamer systems, tracking systems, and other products for the oceanographic, hydrographic, and marine seismic industries; and the Klein Marine Products Business segment, which is engaged in the design, manufacturing and selling advanced side scan sonar systems for the oceanographic, hydrographic, defense, and maritime security industries.
