Flow Traders is a leading global technology-enabled liquidity provider specialised in Exchange Traded Products (ETPs). We are an independent principal trading firm. Our trading desks in Europe, the US and Asia enable us to provide liquidity on all major exchanges, 24 hours a day. We provide liquidity in thousands of ETP listings, as well as similar financial products, by continuously quoting bid and ask prices on exchanges in all time zones. We also provide liquidity to institutional counterparties off-exchange – see Institutional Trading for more detail. As a result investors benefit from increased liquidity, higher execution quality and lower overall trading costs. Our liquidity provision contributes to more efficient and transparent financial markets. We are a principal trading firm and do not have clients or offer investment services. We trade for our own account only. Our profits are established by the small differences between the prices at which investors are willing to trade ETPs with us and the prices of the underlying or related financial instruments at which we hedge the resulting exposures. We do not have a directional opinion on the markets and aim to be hedged perfectly and instantaneously.
