Forum Energy Technologies (FET) is a manufacturing company that provides solutions for oil, natural gas, industrial, and renewable energy industries. It operates through three segments: Drilling and Downhole, Completions, and Production. The Drilling and Downhole segment designs, manufactures and supplies capital equipment and consumable products used in the drilling process; products designed to safeguard artificial lift equipment and cables, and well construction casing and cementing equipment; and subsea remotely operated vehicles and trenchers, submarine rescue vehicles, specialty components and tooling, and technical services. The Completions segment offers products and solutions such as hydraulic fracturing pumps, cooling systems, high-pressure flexible hoses and flow iron, as well as wireline cable and pressure control equipment to the coiled tubing, well stimulation, and intervention markets. The Production segment provides engineered process systems, production equipment, specialty separation equipment, and a wide range of industrial valves.
