Del-Air Mechanical is a closely held family owned organization founded by Dwane Lay who continues to serve as our Chief Executive Officer. Dwane has guided the company through 35 years of continuous growth and prosperity from one service truck to over 150 full time employees, Del-Air always remains focused on our customer and employee needs.
